Job Description We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Principal. The Principal of JKKN College of Education will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and operation of the institution, contributing to the seamless flow of resources that support our educational initiatives. This role requires a dedicated individual who can uphold our vision and mission through effective academic and administrative qualities. Job Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Align the academic and administrative functions and implement innovative strategies. Curricular Oversight Develop, Revise and implement the curriculum in line with the latest advancement in pharmacy and higher education. Faculty Development to mentor and guide faculty in pedagogic and research excellence Resource Allocation - Effectively manage the budget, resources, and infrastructure Global Partnership Integrate global perspectives. Cultivate and initiate collaborations with international institutions. Compliance and accreditation Extensive knowledge of academic accreditation and compliance procedures Community Engagement Serve as the face of the institution to the broader community and establish it as a hub for innovative solutions in dental healthcare. Student Welfare Provide an overall safe environment for students to explore opportunities for their overall development. Advisory - Serve as the academic advisor to the Board of Directors and Academic Council, making evidence-based recommendations for institutional improvement. Innovation Management Introduce initiatives aimed at technological advancement, curriculum innovation and uptrend educational practices. Other Relevant Fields Higher knowledge in Teaching and pedagogy Educational Leadership Exceptional Communication and Leadership Skills Oenness to leveraging emerging technologies Educational Qualification - Principal cum Professor 10 years experience with M.Ed Other Desirable Qualities - Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills to drive the hospital's growth and success. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, patients, stakeholders, and the community. - Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and revenue optimization. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, patients, and external partners. - Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with management software, and other relevant technologies. - Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing educational trends, students needs, and technological advancements. - Ethical Conduct: Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and quality care.
