Job Title Reservations Reporting Executive Location Arpora North Goa Company JAQK Holidays We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Reservations Reporting Executive to manage incoming villa reservation inquiries convert leads into bookings and handle daily reporting tasks The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a customer-first mindset and strong attention to detail Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls WhatsApp inquiries and messages from potential guests Provide accurate information about villa availability pricing and amenities Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings Maintain and update booking records on CRM or internal systems Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth check-ins and guest experiences Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on leads bookings and occupancy Maintain a professional and friendly tone while interacting with clients Requirements Proven experience in a telecalling reservations or customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong organizational and reporting skills Basic knowledge of Excel Google Sheets Familiarity with the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
