JD Summary:

Role Overview

We are a rapidly growing software services company, organically scaling 2x YoY since 2019. We implement platforms like Zoho and Epicor and are expanding into AI agentic services and SAP integrations, with international plans (USA, Dubai, KSA). As we enter this exciting phase, we are looking for a strategic marketing leader who can build our organic growth engine, enhance our brand positioning, and drive thought leadership without relying on paid advertising.

Responsibilities

Craft and execute a content-driven organic marketing strategy aligned with our transition to a product-agnostic AI-first services brand.

Redesign positioning & messaging across digital properties (website, LinkedIn, case studies, thought leadership).

Develop and manage a thought leadership strategy including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, newsletters, AI demos, and founder-led LinkedIn content.

Launch and scale customer advocacy, referrals, and partner co-marketing programs (Zoho, Epicor, SAP).

Build and grow an SEO-optimized content engine (internal/external team management).

Set up and optimize organic LinkedIn growth playbooks for leadership and company pages.

Create assets (videos, decks, blogs) to support international expansion and vertical-specific positioning.

Collaborate with delivery, sales, and founders to surface and amplify success stories and case studies.

What You Bring

24 years of experience in organic growth, brand marketing, content leadership, or strategic marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, IT Services, or AI/ERP consulting firms.

Strong understanding of AI services, enterprise software (Zoho, SAP, Epicor), and B2B buyer journeys.

A storyteller who can translate complex tech into simple, value-driven narratives.

Prior success scaling organic marketing for tech services in international markets.

Experience working with founders or CXOs to shape personal and company brand.

Comfortable with hands-on execution and managing freelancers/vendors when needed.

Strong grasp of SEO, social media (especially LinkedIn), and content analytics.

Bonus:

Has built marketing functions from scratch in early-stage startups.

Exposure to international markets (especially MENA or US tech services).

Familiarity with building communities, forums, or AI/ERP user groups.
