🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to be based in Jaipur for our ongoing projects with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RRVPNL). The role will involve direct interaction with clients, approval of technical documents/drawings, and day-to-day communication to ensure smooth execution of projects.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact with RRVPNL for project-related communications.
- Coordinate and facilitate approval of documents, drawings, and technical submissions.
- Maintain proper records of client communications, approvals, and submissions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with RRVPNL officials for pending approvals and queries.
- Work closely with project managers and site engineers to align technical and client requirements.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, correspondence letters, and compliance documentation.
- Support in reviewing technical drawings and ensuring compliance with RRVPNL standards.
- Escalate critical issues to the Project Manager for timely resolution.

📚 Learning & Development

- Exposure to state transmission utility (RRVPNL) processes and standards.
- Hands-on experience in project documentation, client management, and technical coordination.
- Mentorship from senior engineers and managers.
- Career progression into Project Coordination / Client Liaison Engineer / Project Engineer roles.

✅ Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / drafting tools is an added advantage.
