Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee - Operations & IT Support (Back Office). The role is based in Pune. The primary responsibilities include providing operational support, coordinating back office processes, assisting with IT support tasks, troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems, and helping with data management and reporting. The candidate will work closely with different teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.

  • Basic IT Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Data Management and Reporting skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Relevant internships or experience in operations or IT support is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
