- Sales Support:
- Assisting bank staff with customer interactions, providing necessary information and documentation.
- Target Achievement:
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets for various insurance products.
- Compliance:
- Ensuring all sales activities adhere to banking regulations and company policies.
- Lead Generation:
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers within the bank's customer base.
- Market Research:
- Understanding the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Reporting:
- Providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- Cross-selling and Up-selling:
- Identifying opportunities to offer additional insurance products to existing customers.
