Senior Technical Product Manager

Summary We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development and deployment of Over-the-Air OTA product capabilities across our software subscription portfolio This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital product delivery enabling seamless updates feature rollouts and data-driven enhancements for connected software-enabled products You will work closely with product managers architects engineering teams and business stakeholders to define and execute the OTA strategy ensuring scalability security and customer value Responsibilities Conceptualize and build entitlement management-based products which will help faster activation of GEHC Subscription based products for customers Strong understanding of W2W Subscription process like ITO OTR and Subscription lifecycle management solutions and customer success to build unified view of subscription entitlements for a customer Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge and helps organization to gain the competitive edge in building and utilizing IOT and Over the Air update solutions Interacts with customers stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering fine tuning and obtaining product feedback Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major complex products for Entitlement management solutions Possesses a deep understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas Demonstrates expert persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer product manager and engineering teams Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs Demonstrates strategic expert level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity Engages frequently 50 of the time with the development team facilitates discussions provides clarification story acceptance and refinement testing and validation contributes to design activities and decisions Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units Basic Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science or in STEM Majors Science Technology Engineering and Math or equivalent experience Experience working in an Agile environment Minimum of 5 years experience in the Software Development Lifecycle Project Management or IT Digital operations Desired Characteristics Strong knowledge of software design and coding principles Experience working in an Agile environment Familiarity with versatile implementation options Demonstrates knowledge on technical topics such as caching APIs data transfer scalability and security Business Acumen Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems Skilled in breaking down problems documenting problem statements and estimating efforts Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices Demonstrates knowledge on technical topics such as caching APIs data transfer scalability and security Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team and balancing value propositions for competing stakeholders Leadership Strong team player -
