Role Description This is a contract role for a Workday HCM Consultant with hybrid option The Workday HCM Consultant will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, analyzing client HR requirements, configuring system solutions, providing consultancy services on HR processes, and ensuring optimized integration with existing systems. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver effective employee management solutions aligned with business objectives. Qualifications - total 7 to 10 years of experience - Strong Recruitment track skills and should have worked in Benefits & Comp, HCM & Talent, HCM & Absence - Additional preferred skills of Integration - Should be able work on Benefits & Comp, HR - Should be able work on HCM & Absence - Expertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and thorough understanding of Human Capital concepts - Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment while managing deadlines - Relevant certifications in Workday HCM or related HR technologies are a plus
