Qualifications total 7 to 10 years of experience Strong Recruitment track skills and should have worked in Benefits & Comp, HCM & Talent, HCM & AbsenceAdditional preferred skills of IntegrationShould be able work on Benefits & Comp, HRShould be able work on HCM & AbsenceExpertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and thorough understanding of Human Capital conceptsDemonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment while managing deadlinesRelevant certifications in Workday HCM or related HR technologies are a plus
