Job description Job Title Retail Sales Experience 0 to 1 Year Education 10th Class Salary Range Up to 40 000 INR Location Kinshasa Democratic Republic of Congo Africa Job Summary The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for leading all store operations including maximizing sales performance managing inventory maintaining visual merchandising standards and developing a high-performing sales team This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive results ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain operational excellence Key Responsibilities 1 Sales and Revenue Generation Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales goals and KPIs Key Performance Indicators Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future performance and identify opportunities for growth Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to adjust sales tactics as needed Drive loyalty program enrollment and promote add-on services or products e g warranties accessories 2 Team Leadership and Development Recruit onboard train and mentor the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable motivated and customer-focused Conduct regular coaching sessions performance reviews and disciplinary actions as necessary Create and manage employee schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels during peak hours Foster a positive energetic and goal-oriented work environment 3 Customer Experience Management Set the standard for exceptional customer service by personally engaging with customers and resolving complex issues promptly and effectively Ensure the sales floor is constantly staffed and that all customers receive prompt knowledgeable assistance Gather customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery 4 Operations and Merchandising Oversee all daily operations including opening and closing procedures cash handling and bank deposits Manage inventory levels conduct regular stock counts and minimize shrink loss Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness safety and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures including security and workplace safety regulations Qualifications Required Proven experience typically 1 years in a retail sales management or supervisory role Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in POS Point-of-Sale systems and Microsoft Office applications Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings weekends and holidays Preferred 10th Pass Experience managing teams of 5 employees Knowledge of consumer electronics apparel cosmetics Skills and Competencies Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills Strong Organizational and Time Management Abilities Conflict Resolution and Team Motivation How to Apply Please submit your resume to Email jobs sagirsarl gmail com WhatsApp No 243 816221111 Mr Arvind Job Type Full-time Benefits Food provided Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Application Question s Are you ready to relocate to Africa
