Complete SDLC: architecture, design, development, and support of the product . Active participation in all scrum ceremonies, following AGILE best practices effectively. . Play a key role in the development team to build high-quality, high-performance, scalable code . Produce technical design documents and conduct technical walkthroughs . Work collaboratively with business partners to understand and clarify requirements. . Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders . Respond to and resolve internal and client raised issues. . Build, develop, and guide high-performing talent to guide their growth path . Create and maintain a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and focus on delivering excellence, quality and value for the customer and business. Customer Focus . Build positive and productive working relationships with customers by delivering client priorities with high quality to enable business growth. . Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns. . Analyze customer requests, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals. . Attend Project calls (Internal and with Client) as required. Core Skills: - Enterprise Data Architecture Strategy: Ability to define and drive a global Data Architecture vision, embedding agentic AI and semantic models into platforms. - Semantic Data Mesh & Ontologies: Deep expertise in semantic data mesh, ontologies (FIBO, ISDA CDM, ISO20022), and multi-agent frameworks. - Knowledge Graphs & Semantic Stack: Proficiency in RDF, OWL, SPARQL, SHACL, and experience with knowledge graph databases (Neptune, Stardog, GraphDB). - Financial Data & Standards: Familiarity with capital markets datasets and financial standards. - Explainability & XAI: Knowledge of explainable AI (SHAP, LIME, counterfactuals) and ontology-driven traceability. - Good knowledge of various data modelling tools with hands on experience on Erwin data modeler. - Good knowledge of system architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns. - Modern Platform Architecture: Experience designing and evolving cloud-native, modular, and federated architectures for scale, resilience, and agility. - Integration & Interoperability: Strong abstraction and modelling skills, integrating semantic models into data mesh and ensuring interoperability across domains. - Streaming & Event-Driven Execution: Knowledge of real-time, event-driven architectures (Kafka, Redis Streams, event sourcing). - DevOps & Cloud Engineering: Knowledge of DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS ECS, Azure, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation). - Security & Compliance: Understanding of secure, compliant architectures and access control for ML services. - AI/ML & NLP: Knowledge of ML/NLP (transformers, embeddings, supervised/unsupervised learning). Basic Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields. . 18 years experience in software development, computer engineering, or other related fields. . Ability to work well in a team environment following Agile software development principles. . Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. . Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task. . High energy and a self-starter. . Preference will be given to candidates that have experience working with Microservices or distributed systems . Expert on data management technologies (RMDBS, NoSQL) . Good background on leveraging cloud technologies . Can handle both front-end and back-end development . Ability to deliver products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Management Requirements: - Strong inter-personal skills required with ability to multitask and prioritize work. - Strong People Leader. - People Management skill is a must.
