Process Associate – Back Office Project

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team for a prestigious UK client project. This role is critical in ensuring seamless order processing, accurate quotations, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process orders and quotations received via email with accuracy, ensuring timely completion and compliance with client requirements.
- Enter order and quotation details into designated software systems, maintaining error-free documentation.
- Ensure all processed orders meet the quality benchmarks established by the client and the company.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their requirements and delivering customized, efficient solutions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing updates and addressing concerns related to orders and quotations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of processed orders and quotations, and prepare periodic reports for management review.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in order processing, client coordination, or a similar role (experience in the fenestration industry is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in data entry with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to manage client interactions effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work UK business hours. (12:30pm - 10:30pm)
