About HASH HASH is a sub-product of Todayq, an India-based company founded in 2017 by Varun Goel, building innovative products at the intersection of technology and creator economy. We're creating the Netflix of crypto - premium entertainment content that explores the human stories, scandals, and culture of Web3. No price predictions or technical analysis - just content people actually want to watch on a Friday night. We are currently seeking a Operations Associate to coordinate our video production pipeline and drive our content distribution. If you're passionate about streamlining creative operations, have strong project management skills, and want to build crypto first entertainment brand, this role is for you. Responsibilities: - Coordinate end-to-end video production with freelance scriptwriters, videographers, and editors - ensuring videos ship weekly without delays (we'll teach you how) - Manage content publishing across YouTube, Twitter/X, and Instagram - Hunt and book guests for HASH interviews - from crypto founders to anonymous insiders with stories to tell - Operate our confession collection system, filtering and following up on the best anonymous crypto stories - Support sponsor outreach and partnership communications - Track freelancer deliverables, timelines, and manage invoice processing - Research trending topics in crypto culture and identify potential story angles - Monitor content performance metrics and prepare weekly reports You'll be a good fit if: - You have 1-2 years experience in content operations, production coordination, or digital media - You excel at managing multiple stakeholders and keeping projects on schedule - You write clear, professional emails that get responses - You're comfortable with Google Workspace, project management tools, and social media platforms - You understand content distribution and platform best practices - You're curious about crypto/Web3 (expertise not required - we'll train you) - You thrive in fast-paced environments and can create order from chaos - You believe in shipping over perfecting
