Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking an experiencedMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architectto design, implement, and oversee CRM solutions for our global clients. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, and related technologies to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that align with client requirements and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Implementation: - Design end-to-end solutions on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, considering scalability, performance, and business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map complex client requirements into functional, technical, and architectural designs. - Implement and lead detailed system design, process mapping, and configuration of CRM and Power Platform solutions. Project Management and Delivery: - Manage the SDLC process across large, cross-functional, global teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects. - Facilitate issue resolution, scope management, and quality assurance for project deliverables. - Lead project teams using agile methodologies and sprint cadences. Integration and Data Management: - Develop and implement data migration strategies, data modeling, and integration solutions between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems. - Design security models, access control strategies, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards. Technical Leadership: - Provide technical expertise on CRM modules, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. - Act as a technical leader, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Client Engagement and Support: - Maintain a strong client presence, delivering technical concepts and solutions in a clear, concise manner. - Support the sales process by writing proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and showcasing CRM capabilities. - Ensure seamless transitions through all project phases, including requirements gathering, testing, rollout, and operations. System Administration and Troubleshooting: - Oversee general system administration and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other Power Platform systems. - Participate in application upgrades, post-installation activities, and smoke testing. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. - 4-6 years of experience leading CRM project deliveries, with a minimum of 3-5 years in technology solution delivery engagements. - Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM technologies and the Power Platform suite. - Strong understanding of CRM business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, and Project Operations. - Experience implementing full project life cycles for at least 2-3 CRM projects. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, Angular JS, and JavaScript. - Hands-on experience with CRM scripting, plugins, workflows, dialogs, client extensions, SDK, and CRM reports. - Expertise in data integration, migration strategies, and modeling within SDLC frameworks. Soft Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse audiences. - Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship abilities. - Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple deadlines and deliverables. - Ability to thrive in a virtual global team environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP platform. - Demonstrated ability to drive client engagement and deliver tailored CRM solutions.
