Role Overview As CTO, you will be the architect of Aurevion’s technical vision , responsible for translating our consulting and product offerings into scalable, secure, and future-proof systems. You will lead engineering, AI innovation, and product development, ensuring Aurevion remains synonymous with premium consulting, defensible systems, and founder-grade impact . Key Responsibilities Technology Leadership Define Aurevion’s long-term technology roadmap aligned with our consulting and education offerings. Champion AI-driven enterprise LMS , ensuring adaptive learning, gamification, and modular content delivery. Oversee end-to-end custom application development , ensuring scalability, empathy-driven design, and robust documentation. Product & Platform Development Lead the build-out of Aurevion’s proprietary AI-driven learning solution . Rationalize client application landscapes, cutting cost without sacrificing capability. Ensure Aurevion’s platforms embody clarity, security, and craftsmanship. Consulting & Client Success Partner with Aurevion’s consulting teams to deliver investor-ready pitch tech stacks and GTM acceleration. Support digital marketing, SEO, and customer funneling with data-driven technology solutions. Drive customer success through intuitive, emotionally aligned digital experiences. Operational Excellence Establish disciplined engineering practices, secure environments, and operational hygiene. Mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of rigor, creativity, and craftsmanship. Evaluate emerging technologies and benchmark hardware/software for institutional demos. Desired Skills & Experience Proven experience as CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technical leader in SaaS, EdTech, or Consulting. Expertise in AI/ML systems, enterprise LMS, and scalable CCAAS, SaaS architectures . Strong background in application development, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity . Ability to translate vision into precise, buildable documentation . Familiarity with digital marketing technologies, SEO optimization, and customer funneling systems .
