The Team:

ClearPar is the first fully operational provider of par and distressed loan closing and recordkeeping services for the primary and secondary par loan markets. Through a unique combination of experienced personnel and electronic processing, hardware and software, ClearPar has built a single platform system to address market demands for efficient settlement of par loan closings.

The Impact:

The successful candidate will form a key part of the Loan Settlement Platform responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of Syndicated Loan Market offering, as well as supporting the questions and requests of our internal and external clients.

In this role, you&aposll have an opportunity to improve the settlement process by providing support to the Loan Settlement team and work with clients to identify solutions within the ClearPar product. In this role, you will gain exposure to an exciting financial market and interact, on a daily basis with clients of varying levels of seniority. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about finance, banking and high-technology.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for user and trade account setup/maintenance
- Creation and maintenance of entity identifiers
- Analysis of client administrative details and tax forms
- The Role will continuously evolve depending on the candidates&apos competencies to ensure challenge and growth. You will be empowered to the extent of your capacities.
- Work with a global team of Client Services Analysts responsible for front-line client services on various Loans platforms
- Pro-actively escalate issues and work with peers and management on a resolution
- Must consistently adhere to all internal procedures
- Be pro-active in identifying problems and either resolving or escalating them
- Capture and channel user feedback to the management team to facilitate the continuous improvement of our products and services
- Projects as requested by team leader
- Ad hoc duties and requests as required by the business.

- Ability to think laterally and analyze and question processes
- Proficient in MS office
- Team player
- Ability to identify and escalate issues or concerns
- Excellent prioritization skills a requirement
- Eager to learn with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Great organizational skills are a requirement
- Must be able handle stressful customer situations with patience and poise
- Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with internet-based applications
- Ability to review processes and suggest improvements
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and a professional telephone manner for a global team and client base
- Ability to converse with differing levels of seniority both internally and externally
