Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Insurance Consultant based in Burdwan, with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. The Insurance Consultant will advise clients on insurance products that align with their financial goals, conduct financial needs analysis, and build and maintain strong customer relationships. They will assist policyholders with queries, provide exceptional customer service, and support the sales process by collaborating with the broader team to meet sales objectives. Qualifications - Understanding of insurance policies, finance fundamentals, and industry regulations - Experience in consulting and advisory roles, with a focus on helping clients make informed decisions - Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to address client inquiries effectively - Proven sales and relationship-building skills, with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction - Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to manage client interactions and coordinate tasks - Educational background in Finance, Business, or a related field is advantageous - Previous experience in the insurance sector is an asset - Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid working environment
