Imagine what you could do here At Apple creative ideas have a way of becoming wonderful products services and customer experiences very quickly Bring passion and dedication to your job and there s no telling what you could accomplish The people here at Apple don t just create products - they create the kind of wonder that s revolutionized entire industries It s the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts Join Apple and help us leave the world better than we found it Our team is looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our Business Process Re-engineering BPR group to support Test Automation planning creating scheduling and performing tests for projects in WW SOS Operations organization As a Test Automation Engineer we look forward to your working alongside project PMs Business SME s and development teams to fanatically ensure the highest quality test automation for our business partners while reducing manual test efforts Description This is a technical leadership role for individuals who thrive in architecting solutions driving engineering best practices and mentoring high-performance teams with a strong level of customer focus and attention to detail We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual who can collaborate with testing teams product owners platform teams business stakeholders from different regions to align on priorities and delivery plans An excellent team player with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility Responsibilities Be Hands on and Develop test automation for projects Architect Worksoft Test Automation Infrastructure Design and develop scalable solutions using the best approach Review products processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made Debug troubleshoot issues and drive them to resolution Partner with security infrastructure and platform teams to ensure compliance scalability and reliability Build and Review Test Automation that can run in Lights-Off mode Maintain and report testing metrics including SLAs and KPIs Multi-task and continuously improve efficiencies Optimise test automation framework tools and maintain them Bring in Industry best practices and apply them in test automation Drive technical excellence across code quality and performance Minimum Qualifications 10 years of core development experience in automating web-based SAP applications with 3 years in technical leadership or architect role Solid experience with Architecting Worksoft Test Automation Architecture Proficient in refactoring automation building testable and modular code and build infrastructure Preferred Qualifications Worked on integration testing across SAP and non-SAP systems Good understanding of EDI IDOC standards Expertise in supply chain operations processes i e Knowledge of SAP SD MM i e Order to cash logistics etc Exposure to S4 journey is a plus Integrating Worksoft Certify with other tools like Selenium SolMan HP ALM etc using APIs Handson experience with good knowledge of CI CD concepts Familiarity with other tools like Selenium Rest Assured and programming languages like Java Python will be nice to have Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written Ability to build relationships collaborate with and influence multi-functional teams within your area of responsibility High level of professionalism energy and sense of urgency to make things happen Preferred certifications in Worksoft or other test automation tools and frameworks
