What You'll Do as a Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead at [24]7.ai, you will:

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance products for distributed SaaS environments.
- Build web-based user interfaces that are sleek, efficient, and user-friendly.
- Solve complex problems involving big data, real-time decision-making, and machine learning algorithms.
- Lead the development of products that enhance customer journeys and drive business outcomes.

What We Expect From You

- You'll be part of a fast-paced, innovative team tackling large-scale data challenges.
- Your work will involve end-to-end product development, from brainstorming ideas to deploying solutions.
- A strong foundation in computer science fundamentals is a must.
- You'll use modern technologies like Scala, Akka, Spark, MongoDB, and more to build solutions that work at scale.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and databases.

Technical Skills Required:

- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Java, Python, Ruby, or Scala).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for building web-based interfaces.
- Experience with distributed systems and high-performance computing is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, system/database design, and open-source tools is advantageous.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is beneficial.
