Job Description UX & Design Associate Unpaqd Location: Gurugram (Hybrid preferred, Remote possible) Type: Full-time Experience: 02 years (we value attitude and ownership over experience) About Unpaqd Unpaqd is redefining how travelers find their perfect stay with Smart Search and personalized recommendations. Our algorithm helps guests discover stays that truly fit their needs - whether it's a 3BHK villa with a kids pool and valley view or a cozy beachside studio. We're an early-stage, fast-moving startup on a mission to change how India books stays, and we're looking for people who want to be part of that 01 journey. Role Overview We're looking for a UX & Design Associate who can blend creativity with clarity, someone who can design stunning, intuitive interfaces for our web and mobile experiences and craft compelling visuals for our brand and marketing channels. You'll work closely with the founders and the product team to shape the design language of Unpaqd across product, social, and communication touchpoints. This is not a 9-to-5 role, it's a builder's playground for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving design challenges, and thrives in startup chaos. What You'll Do - Design and refine web and app interfaces in Figma with a strong focus on usability and visual appeal - Create marketing collaterals, social creatives, and video edits for brand campaigns and product launches - Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to ensure consistent visual language across all digital platforms - Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new features and brand initiatives - Take ownership of design projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery - Help define and evolve Unpaqd's visual identity and design system - Who You Are - Comfortable with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and other relevant tools - Have a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout - Communicate openly and proactively, you don't wait to be told what to do - Motivated by impact and learning, not titles or formalities - Passionate about startups, travel, and building from scratch Nice-to-Haves - Prior exposure to UX/UI design or product design - Basic understanding of motion graphics or prototyping - Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) Why Join Us - Be part of the founding team shaping the visual and product identity of a next-gen travel platform - Work directly with founders and contribute to 01 product building - Take complete ownership of your craft, your work will define how users experience Unpaqd - Flexible work setup with creative autonomy and room to experiment Monthly Compensation 25,000 - 35,000 Per Month
