About the Role Candidate should be working on the Quality Assurance of Ultra tax product in terms of QA Should be working on the testing of Forms and post issues in the issue tracker Should follow up with the developers and see that the issue is resolved on time Should retest the issues and close them accordingly Should work on testing the MTBs and post issues accordingly on each release Should test assigned states thoroughly within the timelines and make sure to maintain the quality percentage Should keep up to date with the knowledge on testing by regularly going through with the state-given instructions and product changes Should be able to assist the seniors ALs in cross-product training or new-hire training Should be able to take ownership of the work given and make sure all the issues are posted Should be able to create their scenarios for testing the product and save them for future reference Should be able to effectively utilize the downtime and complete the eLearning courses and all other mandatory courses Should participate in Team building activities and should work on process improvements About You Independently the candidate must be able to analyze and resolve complex tax software problems document software deficiencies and understand the business customer requirements About the Role Provide quality assurance of assigned products including the systems that create measure and maintain these products Evaluate design specifications and processes from the perspective of the customer through testing of products Assist in the creation of documentation and enforcement of product and performance standards Perform content-related and end-user testing of products Identify and investigate problems encountered through the testing process About You Strong computer skills Strong analytic and diagnostic abilities Have good problem solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills 1-2 Years experience in accounting and 1040 and 1041 tax Preparation knowledge required Knowledge on HTML XML will add a value to it 2 00 PM IST to 11 00 PM IST are the regular shift timings however employee needs to work in 6 pm to 3 am IST shift in busy season November to April or as per the business requirements Previous Quality Assurance testing experience and Exposure to GoSystem Tax software will be added advantage LI-HS1What s in
