Role Overview

You will work directly with Anushka and her content strategy team to design, build, and maintain AI-driven automations and agents that handle tasks like:

- Researching trends and viral content

- Generating actionable content ideas

- Automating data scraping, enrichment, and analysis

- Integrating AI research and scriptwriting agents

- Setting up end-to-end workflows for content and business operations.

You must be comfortable translating high-level concepts into technical solutions and integrating multiple tools into a smooth, automated system.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role where speed, problem-solving, and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement AI agents for research, analysis, and content generation.

- Build end-to-end automated workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make

- Set up web scraping pipelines for social media and web data (e.g., YouTube, Reddit, Instagram)

- Integrate AI models with databases for data storage and tracking

- Optimize workflows for speed, accuracy, and reliability

- Collaborate to refine prompts, improve outputs, and reduce manual work

- Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation systems

Requirements

- Proven experience in AI automation projects or no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)

- Strong understanding of API integrations and ability to work with APIs

- Knowledge of web scraping techniques and tools

- Familiarity with AI platforms

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn vague ideas into working solutions

- Experience connecting AI outputs to Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive)

- Ability to create documentation for workflows

- Understanding of content pipelines for social media platforms

- Bonus: Experience with custom GPTs, prompt engineering.
