Job Description

As an Engineer - Quality Engineering at Sansera Engineering, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of our precision machined products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing quality control systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify and address any potential quality issues.
- Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality.
- Leading and participating in quality-related projects, including new product development and process optimization.
- Providing technical expertise and support to production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues and challenges.
- Developing and maintaining quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and specifications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the precision machining industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvements and driving operational excellence initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
