Role Purpose:
Acts as a seasoned Senior Product Manager to own and manages long-term and short-term strategic initiatives and roadmap for a product. Drive Product innovation & enhancement, own Product development & delivery, establish go-to-market strategy & business case, within the product's life cycle.
Responsibilities we entrust you with:
- Define and implement the roadmap for a suite of issuing & acquiring products in alignment with the product strategy & Vision. In-depth knowledge of Issuing product Credit, Debit, Prepaid, Forex is preferred.
- Experience working on entire issuing processing life cycle from onboarding to switching to clearing and settlement is preferred and customer interface.
- Experience working on Scheme Interfaces & partnership & certifications -VISA, Mastercard, Rupay
- Leads "Product Life Cycle management" for a suite of products including conceptualization, enhancement, go-to-market plan, launch and continued evaluation. Prepare, evaluates and prioritizes business cases / models for new business, new product development & enhancement.
- Responsible for understanding, defining, solutioning and end to end timely delivery of customer
- requirements working with multiple stakeholders. Analyze industry or customer trends, competitive benchmarking and contribute to product-related strategic planning.
- Play a crucial role in overall product development & enhancement by defining & detailing the business requirements / PRD for delivery in collaboration with the Engineering and Architecture team.
- Represent the product lines in periodic reviews with leadership and get support for new investments / resources / priority to drive product roadmap
- Partner with the business teams in undertaking market and customer research initiatives to understand the market trends and customer needs to build products that create a unique value] proposition to the customers
- Act as Product evangelist and SME for the GTM facing teams
- Responsible for 0-1 launch and 1-100 scaling of product
- Work closely and cross-functionally with all the teams Program Management, Sales, Marketing, Service Excellence, Legal & Compliance to create a well-defined go-to-market
- Ensuring product meets all compliance & security related regulatory or internal /external defined policy framework guidelines
- Define and drive product performance metrics that focus on profitability, customer growth, engagement and retention plan
What matters in this role:
Experience & Portfolio
- 6–12 years of experience in product management, credit cards or payments domain.
- Proven experience in functional design, business analysis, or product management.
- Good communication and stakeholder management.
Communication & Ownership
- Organizational Skills: Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic execution skills.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with dynamic working culture
