Key Responsibilities Business Development Target potential clients in e-commerce retail and manufacturing for warehousing solutions via cold calls networking and events Build relationships with prospects and clients assess needs and propose customized fulfillment and logistics options Sales Strategy Develop sales plans to acquire new business and grow portfolios collaborate on proposals tenders and pricing Lead negotiations on contracts SLAs and deals to meet revenue targets Manage and optimize P L for assigned accounts or portfolios valued at minimum Rs 15-20 Cr ensuring profitability and cost efficiency Market Research Analysis Perform in-depth market research to spot emerging trends such as sustainable logistics and identify untapped opportunities in the Indian supply chain landscape Analyze competitor offerings and client feedback to refine sales pitches pricing models and value propositions Customer Relationship Management Provide exceptional post-sales support acting as the primary point of contact to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction Partner closely with operations warehouse and fulfillment teams to guarantee seamless service delivery on-time performance and proactive problem-solving Reporting Collaboration Prepare sales reports and dashboards for leadership Partner with internal teams marketing operations for integrated client success and strategy support Key Skills Qualifications Education Bachelors in business Logistics Supply Chain or related field MBA preferred Experience 5 - 10 years in sales business development in 3PL warehousing or logistics Manage and optimize P L for assigned accounts or portfolios valued at Rs 15-20 Cr ensuring profitability and cost efficiency Skills Strong knowledge of supply chain warehousing and logistics tech WMS TMS Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills Proficient in CRM e g Salesforce and MS Office advanced Excel PowerPoint Personal Attributes Self-motivated analytical and adaptable in dynamic settings with up to 30 travel
