Job Title Sales Executive - Field Staff Automation Products Location Kannur Thrissur Calicut Salary 20 000 - 35 000 Incentives Job Type Full-time Field-based We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive Field Staff to join our team in the premium automation segment The candidate will be responsible for driving field sales building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets for our automation products in Kannur Thrissur and Calicut Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients in the automation and premium product segment Conduct field visits product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects consultants contractors and premium customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territories Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and customer preferences Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management Coordinate with the technical and service team to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements Minimum 2-4 years of field sales experience preferably in premium category products automation luxury home office solutions building materials interiors or electronics Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Must own a two-wheeler four-wheeler with valid license Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to travel across Kannur Thrissur and Calicut Benefits Competitive salary 20 000 - 35 000 performance-based incentives Allowances for travel fuel Training and professional development in the premium automation industry Growth opportunities within the organization Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month
