If you are someone who loves connecting with people, has flair for communication, and wants to learn the ropes of B2B sales in the booming e commerce industry, this role is for you. Duties & Responsibilities - Call prospective leads (provided by us) and pitch our kidswear products. - Convert calls into active clients who buy from our platform. - Follow a structured SOP and training to ensure effective communication. - Achieve performance based targets and earns incentives for calls + conversions Qualification - Freshers, students, freelancers or MBA Sales & Marketing Candidates. - Strong English communication, persuasion and convincing skills. - Confidence to handle client queries and objections. - Basic comfort with phone based outreach and remote working tools. - Self motivated, disciplined and eager to learn sales the right way.
