About The Job:

- Configured and managed WebLogic, WebSphere, and Tomcat servers, handling domain and server configurations, deployment, monitoring.
- Set up WebLogic Domains with machines and Node Managers, ensuring smooth operation of Admin and Managed Servers.
- Administered NT and Base Profiles in WebSphere, managing application server instances and clusters for optimal performance.
- Managing integrations using service-oriented architecture (SOA).
- Automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, integrating with tools like Maven, SonarQube, and Nexus for efficient build, deployment, and artifact storage.
- Developed Ansible Playbooks to automate tasks such as application deployments, kernel patching, and configuration changes across various environments.
- Supported system configurations for MFT and SOA Suite.
- Monitored server performance for WebLogic and WebSphere, analyzing heap memory, GC logs, thread dumps, and JFR records to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Configured JDBC DataSource's and managed connection pools to ensure efficient database connectivity and resource utilization.
- Managed and troubleshot Queue Managers, including creating and modifying queues and topics, and resolving issues related to message delivery and congestion.
- Integrated web server plugins with WebLogic, WebSphere, and Tomcat to enable load balancing, failover, and secure communication with HTTP Servers.
- Expertise in WebLogic Administration, including installation, configuration, tuning, and deploying applications.
- Installed and configured Apache web server on various operating systems, including Windows and Linux flavors.

- Configured new site entries (HTTP/HTTPS) in the load balancer using Citrix.

- DevOps Tools: Samurai (Thread Analyzer), Thread.io, Nexus, JFrog Netscaler.
- Managed vendor support tickets and collaborated with teams to triage and resolve urgent application issues.
- Installed and configured WebLogic domains, servers, clusters, machines, and node managers.
- Periodically monitored logs to ensure optimal performance.
- Managed and monitored JVM performance by tuning Web Logic heap size and garbage collection.
- Administered UNIX systems, managing file systems, permissions, disk utilization, CPU usage, and memory issues, contributing to customized environment-specific scripts.
- Experienced in upgrading service packs and applying bug fixes/patches to Web Logic servers.
