**Responsibilities for the role**:

- Monitor IIS/FTP/SFTP,JBOSS, TOMCAT, Nodejs ,Apache, websphere ,nginx server and its availability. Monitor alert notifications, check for impending problems, triggering appropriate actions. Monitor threshold values for key parameters such as memory usage, file system usage
- Monitor FTP / SFTP file transfer services & health
- Perform IIS/FTP/SFTP,JBOSS, TOMCAT, Nodejs, Apache, websphere, nginx server configuration and manage Administration of these MDW platforms
- perform restarts, start-up and shutdown of the middleware
- Troubleshoot/ Fix issues along with root cause analysis of middleware infrastructure outages as in scope of service baseline
- Implement Changes on MDW platforms as Per change management Procedure
- Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting of Application Server and Webservers for all environments such as Testing (IT), Staging (ST), Performance Tuning (PT) and also Production (Prod)
- Application Infrastructure support. Troubleshooting the Infrastructure related issues. Fix Pack upgrade, Patching and Management
- Participate in rotating 24x7 on-call support Knowledge,

**Skills and Abilities**:

- 3-6 years of work experience in Middleware platform Administration like - IIS, Tomcat, Jboss, Apache, Websphere, Nginx Administration in production Support.
- Experience in Installation, Configuration of JBoss Application Server, Tomcat, Apache, IIS, Websphere & Nginx and also good Experience in troubleshooting any issues for these MDW platforms
- Good Knowledge in Application Infrastructure support - Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Root cause Analysis of issues
- Very Good Communication and OEM Vendor coordination skill as per service delivery

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
