🚀 Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead (Automation & Manual)

About the Role

At Techdome, we’re building world-class products and are looking for a Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead to drive our quality processes end-to-end. This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on with Automation, API, Mobile, UI & Performance Testing and also ready to take ownership, mentor juniors, and influence best practices across the QA team.

What You’ll Do

✅ Lead QA strategy & execution across API, UI, Mobile & Load testing

✅ Define and maintain quality standards, frameworks, and automation best practices

✅ Work closely with developers & stakeholders to identify, debug, and resolve issues

✅ Own QA deliverables across CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Azure DevOps)

✅ Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, ensuring knowledge sharing & growth

✅ Ensure scalable test automation frameworks and drive continuous improvement

Must-Have Expertise

🔹 Strong experience in API, Load, and UI testing

🔹 Hands-on with Automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium (for Mobile)

🔹 Solid understanding of QA methodologies, processes & tools

🔹 Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end QA ownership

🔹 Strong SQL knowledge for database testing

Good-to-Have

✨ Familiarity with cloud testing platforms & DevOps practices (Docker/Kubernetes)

✨ Experience with JMeter, K6, Locust, or LoadRunner for performance testing

✨ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
