About the Role: We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them in building cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well on design workflows, intuitive interfaces, and engaging user experiences. In this role you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models. Responsibilities - Evaluate and annotate AI-generated UI designs and layout suggestions. - Review prompts related to design systems, usability heuristics, and interactive prototypes. - Analyze AI-generated design outputs for consistency, usability, and clarity. - Suggest improvements to model responses based on design principles and user-centered thinking. - Help refine the model's understanding of modern design tools and best practices. Requirements - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design, and accessibility (WCAG). - Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems. - Familiarity with frontend-development constraints and collaboration. - Passion for shaping how AI understands and generates usable, elegant design solutions.
