Job Description By HR / October 28, 2025 About The Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an intuitive, user-centered design experience across our digital platforms. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create seamless, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. Key Responsibilities - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. - Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Design high-fidelity UI mockups, prototypes, and visual assets using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, color palette, and component libraries. - Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation. - Analyze user feedback and website/app data to improve usability and engagement. - Stay updated with current UX/UI design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 13 years of experience in UX/UI design (for junior roles) or 36 years (for mid/senior roles). - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. - Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design projects. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
