Job Title Python Test Lead Location Bangalore Experience 6 years Must-Have The candidate should have 5 years of relevant experience in Python with a test automation framework Summary We are seeking an experienced Python Test Lead to lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function The successful candidate will have a strong background in Python test automation and Agile methodologies with a proven track record of driving improvements in quality engineering The role involves collaborating with various teams to implement quality processes tools and methodologies and evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches Responsibilities Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function Collaborate with various teams to implement quality processes tools and methodologies Evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions Manage a team to perform testing activities including test automation and manual testing Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions Provide solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies Requirements Requirements Must-Have Skills Proficiency in Python Programming Language Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices Ability to design and implement automated test scripts Familiarity with performance testing and load testing methodologies Desirable Skills Experience working in Agile teams Cloud experience Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Additional Information The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Python Programming Language This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full-time education is required Benefits
