Summary role description Hiring a Python Automation Lead for one of the leading enterprise IT solutions and digital transformation services provider Company description Our client is a well-established global technology and digital transformation company specializing in Predictive Analytics Digital Experience and Digital Supply Chain Management They have earned the trust of over 2 000 customers including Fortune 500 companies and boast a team of more than 4 000 associates with technical and domain expertise across industries such as Oil Gas Telecom Power Government Banking Retail and SCM Logistics With a proven track record they have successfully delivered solutions in 20 countries across North America the Middle East Far East Africa and Asia Role details Title Designation Python Automation Lead Location Bengaluru Work mode Hybrid Work timings 1 PM TO 10 PM Role responsibilities Lead a small automation team and mentor members to ensure high-quality deliverables Design implement and maintain Python-based test automation scripts and frameworks Pytest unittest Analyze automation execution failures in CI CD systems and provide insights to improve software quality Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to resolve blockers and proactively suggest process improvements Understand applications domains end-to-end and identify opportunities to enhance product quality through automation Candidate requirements 5-8 years of experience in QA and automation testing with strong Python programming and OOP knowledge Hands-on experience with web and mobile UI automation using Selenium Appium and CI CD tools like Jenkins Experience with version control systems Git test management and bug tracking tools Strong analytical problem-solving and logical thinking skills with ownership and accountability Ability to lead a team mentor juniors communicate effectively with clients and work with US-based teams Selection process Two technical rounds HR Discussion
