About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Pre-Sales Executive Business Development professional with 2-7 years of experience to drive sales growth and expand our client base This role requires a strong understanding of IT solutions excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven track record of successful cold calling client relationship management and closing deals The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for technology and a hunter mentality Responsibilities 1 Lead Generation Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling networking online research and other lead generation strategies 2 Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions 3 Pre-Sales Activities Conduct product demonstrations prepare technical proposals and deliver presentations showcasing our IT solutions and software offerings 4 Tender Management Private Manage the complete lifecycle of private IT tenders from identifying opportunities to submitting winning bids 5 Vendor Management Liaise with vendors to obtain necessary information and ensure competitive pricing for tender submissions 6 Sales Pipeline Management Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline tracking leads opportunities and sales activities 7 Meeting Presentations Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients delivering effective presentations and addressing their technical and business requirements 8 Negotiation Closing Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring profitable and sustainable business growth 9 Market Research Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential new business opportunities 10 Software IT Expertise Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT solutions software applications and related technologies 11 Reporting Provide regular sales reports including lead generation sales pipeline updates and revenue forecasts Qualifications 1 Engineering degree preferably in Computer Science IT or Electronics Communication 2 2-7 years of experience in IT pre-sales business development or a related role 3 Proven track record of successful cold calling lead generation and closing deals 4 Strong understanding of IT solutions software applications and related technologies 5 Experience managing private IT tenders and vendor relationships 6 Excellent communication written and verbal interpersonal and presentation skills 7 Strong negotiation and closing skills 8 Ability to work independently and as part of a team 9 Self-motivated results-oriented and with a hunter mentality 10 Proficiency in CRM software e g Salesforce 11 connecting and reaching clients through personalized cold calls emails scheduling meetings physical visits follow ups and conversion - Certifications related to IT or sales Preference Female Candidates ref updazz com
