across the Tech Centers Role Overview We are seeking a skilled SAP Order to Cash Sr Manager to help analyze design implement and support SAP OTC processes within our organization The ideal candidate will use their knowledge of SAP OTC to ensure the seamless integration of order management pricing billing and accounts receivable processes while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Key Responsibilities Serve as SME in the design configuration testing and deployment of SAP Order to Cash OTC processes including order management pricing delivery invoicing and receivables Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into SAP functional designs and solutions Provide technical expertise to ensure end-to-end OTC processes ensuring alignment with business goals and SAP best practices Configure and customize SAP SD Sales Distribution and other relevant modules to meet the needs of the business Accountable for data migration system upgrades and ongoing maintenance in the OTC Troubleshoot and resolve SAP OTC related issues providing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies standards and audit requirements Provide Knowledge transfer and training on delivered capabilities to business and IT peers Required Skills and Experience 7 years of experience working with SAP including strong expertise in SAP SD processes Proven experience in SAP OTC implementations upgrades and support in large-scale environments Experience working in cross-functional teams and global teams in complex matrixed organizations Knowledge of EDI IDOCs BTP and APIs for OTC integrations Understanding of tax integration e g Thomson Reuters is a plus Experience in SAP Cloud commerce and Cloud for Customer implementation projects is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks effectively and participating in various project phases including Solution Design Testing Cutover and Go-Live Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus Background in the Life Sciences or pharmaceutical industry Familiarity with project management testing tools such as JIRA HP ALM X-Ray or ServiceNow Education Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Systems Business or a related field Our technology teams operate as business partners proposing
