Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and engagingWebinar Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial sector to plan, host, and deliver impactful webinars for our business partners. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and guest experts to create fresh, engaging, and value-driven webinar experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Webinar Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule, plan, and structure webinars that align with the organizations goals and objectives.
- Content Development:Design clear, engaging, and informative presentations and materials focused on financial products and services.
- Hosting & Facilitation: Lead webinars, encourage audience interaction, and address participant queries and feedback effectively.
- Guest Expert Collaboration: Coordinate with industry experts for special sessions, ensuring their content supports the platforms vision and objectives.
- Post-Webinar Engagement: Gather and analyze participant feedback, share relevant follow-up resources, and maintain ongoing engagement with attendees.
- Technical Management: Operate webinar tools for smooth execution, troubleshooting technical issues when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial sector.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.

* Proficiency in webinar hosting platforms and content creation tools.
