Job Description Job Description We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented GCP Data Engineer to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially with BigQuery and Airflow, alongside strong SQL and Python skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in solving problems independently, communicates effectively, and delivers reliable data solutions. As a GCP Data Engineer, your responsibilities include: - Technical Requirements Gathering and Development of Functional Specifications. - Analysis on Various Development Alternatives for Applications, Information Systems, and Modules. - Code Development in the Area of Data Management Cloud, Data Integration, Analytics & Reporting. - Supporting Junior Developers and providing Team Leadership/Mentorship. - Supporting the Presales Team Technical Whitepapers, Solutions Review. - Working with Agile multicultural teams in Asia, the EU, Canada, and the USA. Profile Requirements For this position of GCP Data Engineer, we are looking for someone with: - (Required) Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering, with strong expertise in GCP, especially BigQuery and DataProc. - (Required) Proficient in SQL, Python, and PySpark. - (Optional) Experience with SSRS is a plus. - (Required) Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams. - (Required) Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on delivering solutions. - (Required) Experience in full-lifecycle data engineering projects on GCP.
