RC WC - Underwriting Zonal Credit Manager SC WC Finance SBB Credit INTERNAL USAGE No of Vacancies Reports to National Credit Manager SC WC Finance - SBB Is a Team leader Y Team Size 10 to 12 Grade AVP VP Business Corporate Center Department Retail Credit Sub-Department SBB Credit Location About Wholesale Credit The Retail Credit department in the Bank is a Credit Underwriting department for all the Retail clientele of the Bank It is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a good portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processes About the Role The Zonal Credit Manager SC WC Finance - SBB Credit manages the credit activities and processes for loan applications of Automobile Wheels segment customers under Retail Credit for the Area assigned to him her The Zonal Credit Manager is responsible for smooth functioning of the Credit appraisal activities and hence managing the portfolio quality and also ensures adherence to the processes designed by the bank Key Responsibilities Manage a team of 10 to 12 ACMs Credit Analysts SC WC Finance - SBB Ensure smooth functioning of the Region by meeting required productivity norms within the desired Turn Around Time Approval Ratio as defined by the Bank Underwriting review of Credit Proposals including Review Renewals of the proposals by ensuring adherence to the standard process Turn Around Time and decision consistency Ensure the quality of proposals and credit appraisal to minimize delinquency and build portfolio of expected quality Maintaining accurate and up to date MIS reports Inspection monitoring of portfolios under various sub-segments to ensure maintenance of a healthy portfolio Gather market intelligence with other financial institutions and entities to understand the market dynamics and risk trends and to use necessary information for taking credit decisions Manage the relationship with various functions and departments within the bank to ensure collaboration and alignment to organizational objectives Ensure timely completion of key deliverables audit queries and adherence to the corporate retail policy scheme compliance related matters PSL classification etc Give timely feedback to CO team of policy ZCM NCM Head Credit on market developments suggestions on improvement on Products Policy and processes etc Ensuring vendor management consisting of panel valuers advocates PD agencies etc Ensuring periodic training to all stakeholders on products policies and processes etc Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is Graduation Post- Graduation MBA CA preferred from a recognized institute Experience of over 8 to 12 years in assessing funding of various products to MSME segment focusing on Wheels Automobile Segment Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job the candidate should possess Knowledge of credit relevant industry and product trends Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms Good communication both verbal and written skill in both English and the local language Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
