Purpose of the RoleManaging the COP certification from external certifying agencies such as ARAI etc Through stringent internal controls monitoring Ex Internal Emission testing TAV 108 parameters check as per plan Job Responsibility Conduct tests as per plan report generation compilation of test results In order to ensure in-process control through regular audits Prepare Maintain Documentation for Standard Work processes in the laboratories Execute vehicle testing for assessing CMVR and Homologation requirements on chassis dynamometer Maintain calibration uptime of all equipment machines under control of this position to effectively carryout Inspection activity as per schedule in Order to Ensure Productivity of various Equipment and machines NABL compliance of lab Investigation rectification of issues observed on COP vehicles During Audit Preparation of Fault Tree Diagram and analysis Check safety of Team members inspectors by providing adequate PPEs safety trainings and monitoring in-process safety Check Disposal of Scrap in all the areas as per regulatory norms Desired Candidate Profile Minimum education qualification Basic B E B Tech Any Minimum experience requirement 4-10 years Working knowledge requirement Automobile Industry Strong understanding of Manufacturing process Quality Management System Problem Solving Techniques Regulatory norms statutory requirements Horiba AVL Emission Dyno system NABL requirements Skills Competencies Driving Execution Customer Centricity Leading Change Operations Management Business and financial acumen Problem solving orientation Risk management
