Job Description Position: .Net Backend Developer Location: Hybrid / Remote Type: Contract Experience Level: 3-6 years About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Stack Developer with strong backend expertise to design, build, and integrate APIs. The role involves developing secure, scalable, and maintainable backend services within the Microsoft ecosystem, leveraging modern cloud and database technologies. Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and integrate backend APIs within the Microsoft technology stack. - Work with Azure services (Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, App Services) for API orchestration and deployment. - Build and optimize SQL Server databases and stored procedures. - Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT). - Ensure backend services are reliable, performant, and scalable. - Collaborate with architects, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Required Skills & Experience - Strong proficiency in C# and.NET Core. - Proven experience in backend API development. - Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services (Functions, API Management, Logic Apps, App Services). - Solid experience with SQL Server (schema design, stored procedures, performance tuning). - Good knowledge of REST API design principles. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have Skills - Familiarity with microservices architecture. - Knowledge of healthcare/regulated industry data handling. - Experience with event-driven systems (Service Bus, Event Grid, Kafka). Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 36 years of backend development experience.
