Job Overview: You will be working with one of the largest business coaching and consulting organizations in Asia that supports MSME businesses. This role will give you exposure to business owners across 196+ industries and you will be speaking to some of the most credible entrepreneurs across South East Asia on Zoom/Phone. You will be identifying their problems, qualifying their fitment for our coaching and consulting programs and if they’re a good fit, enrolling them into our personalized coaching/consulting programs that are designed to scale any MSME business. Job Type: Full Time Age: 22-28 years Location: Bangalore Academic Qualification:Any Graduate Desired Experience: Fresher or Less than a year of experience preferably in a sales role Responsibility Deliverables: ▪ Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their business needs. ▪ Educate prospects on our coaching programs and consulting services, positioning them as the right solution for their growth. ▪ Manage the entire sales cycle, from webinars to closing deals. ▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term engagement. ▪ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success. ▪ Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Requirements: ▪ 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Consultative Sales, or Business Development. ▪ Excellent communication and persuasive skills. ▪ Strong understanding of business coaching, consulting, or education-related products. ▪ Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow. ▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. ▪ Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an added advantage.
