Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie CDP to join our culinary team in Itanagar As a CDP you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen ensuring high-quality food preparation presentation and hygiene standards You ll be expected to manage your team efficiently and contribute to menu development and kitchen operations Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant s standards and recipes Manage a specific section of the kitchen e g grill pastry sauce veg etc Supervise and train junior staff commis and interns within your section Ensure all food is stored prepared and served in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Maintain cleanliness and organization in your station at all times Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef in planning and improving menu items Control stock levels and assist in ordering kitchen supplies when needed Assist in minimizing kitchen waste and managing food cost effectively Requirements Proven experience as a CDP or strong experience as a Commis I in a fast-paced kitchen Culinary diploma or relevant certification preferred In-depth knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Strong team player with leadership skills Attention to detail and creativity in presentation Flexibility to work in shifts weekends and holidays as required Preferred Experience in Indian Continental or Regional Northeast cuisine Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
