Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Architect to design, implement, and optimize SAP Ariba solutions that align with business needs and procurement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Ariba (Upstream and Downstream), excellent understanding of integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, and proven experience in solution architecture and governance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the overall SAP Ariba solution design and architecture for global procurement and sourcing initiatives. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient Ariba solutions. - Provide technical and functional expertise across Ariba modules including: - Ariba Sourcing - Contract Management - Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) - Ariba Buying & Invoicing - Guided Buying - Commerce Automation / Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) - Design end-to-end integration between Ariba and SAP ERP systems using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) or other middleware platforms. - Ensure solution compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and corporate policies. - Drive solution governance, change management, and documentation across Ariba implementations. - Support Ariba upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization. - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to functional consultants and developers. - Work closely with business process owners and IT leadership to define long-term procurement system strategies. Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 10+ years of total IT experience, with 6+ years in SAP Ariba. - Strong knowledge of both Ariba Upstream and Downstream solutions. - Experience with Ariba integrations to SAP S/4HANA or ECC using CIG. - Expertise in solution architecture, blueprinting, and system design. - Experience leading end-to-end Ariba implementations across multiple modules. - Excellent understanding of procurement processes (source-to-pay, supplier management, contract lifecycle). - Proven ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional business teams. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have: - SAP Ariba Certification(s). - Exposure to SAP BTP Integration Suite or SAP Central Procurement. - Experience with multi-country or global rollouts. - Understanding of APIs, extensions, and Ariba customizations.
