Job Description Job Title: Consultant - SAP Ariba B&I Location: Pune, India Job Description: We seek a seasoned professional with expertise in SAP Ariba's Buying & Invoicing (B&I) module, focusing on implementing, configuring, and optimizing procurement processes, invoice management, and supplier collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Implementation and Configuration: Design, configure, and deploy SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing modules to meet specific business requirements. - Procurement Processes: Understand and manage end-to-end procurement processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing. - Invoice Management: Manage invoice reconciliation, automate tax calculations, and optimize invoice payment cycles. - Supplier Collaboration: Enable supplier onboarding and integration with the Ariba Network to facilitate efficient order and invoice processing. - Integration: Configure and test interfaces between SAP Ariba and backend systems (e.g., SAP ECC, Oracle, Vertex). - Workflow Management: Set up and manage approval workflows for requisitions and invoices. - Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for procurement teams and end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting. - Process Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions. Required Skills and Experience: - 3+ years of experience in SAP Ariba with a strong focus on functional roles. - Proven experience with SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing (B&I) module, including implementation, configuration, and optimization. - Deep understanding of procurement processes, invoice management, and supplier collaboration. - Familiarity with SAP Ariba integrations, Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), and backend systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations. - Ability to interact with business users, technical teams, and vendors. - Experience in leading end-to-end B&I projects in a dynamic business environment. - Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
