Responsibilities : - Ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles. - Translate business requirements and user stories into technical design documents and specifications. - Conduct technical design and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with platform best practices. - Act as the go-to technical expert for complex development issues, providing hands-on coding and debugging support when necessary. - Lead the Development process using the standard mainframe tools.
