Social Media Manager & Video Content Creator – Onsite (Hyderabad) 📍 Location: Hyderabad, India About Tutorac: Tutorac is revolutionizing online learning through a global marketplace that connects students, tutors, and professionals for live, instructor-led IT and upskilling programs. About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to take the lead on Tutorac’s digital voice and online community. You’ll shape our brand presence, engage audiences, and turn followers into active learners. The ideal candidate lives and breathes video content, social trends, and creative storytelling. You will be the face of Tutorac’s online presence- creating educational, informative, and trending video content that connects with learners and professionals. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management (50%) - Own Tutorac’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube. - Act as the on-camera presenter for brand updates, announcements, and educational snippets. - Present scripted content on camera with professionalism and energy. - Research, gather information on various topics relevant to our audience. - Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and product launches. - Design visually appealing posts, reels, and video snippets that highlight Tutorac’s value. - Engage with followers, reply to comments, and build community-driven conversations. - Monitor analytics and performance metrics to boost engagement and follower growth. - Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations. - Run paid ad campaigns and report on ROI and conversions. Content Creation & Copywriting (20%) - Write compelling blogs, emailers, social copies, and website content that resonate with students and professionals. - Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure unified storytelling. - Edit and proofread marketing material for clarity and consistency. Partnerships & Outreach (15%) - Build relationships with institutions, tech communities, and media for collaborations. - Coordinate co-marketing, influencer tie-ups, and affiliate partnerships. - Support PR campaigns and media outreach to grow Tutorac’s brand visibility. Event Management & Engagement (15%) - Plan Tutorac’s participation in tech fairs, education expos, and networking events. - Organize webinars, seminars, and community meetups for learners and trainers. - Manage event logistics, invitations, and post-event reporting. Qualifications - Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Comfortable being on camera with strong presentation skills. - Experience in creating reels, shorts, or influencer-style content. - 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing. - Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills. - Familiarity with analytics and scheduling tools (e.G., Buffer, Meta Suite, Hootsuite). - Willingness to travel for events and collaborations.
