Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a HR Advisor in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

- Making sure the set KPIs and SLAs are adhered daily for all the below LTP (L&T) Processes
- End to End Time & Attendance support for the Business segments in India
- Attendance correction, Leave Management, Shift Management, Over time management for the employees
- Weekly / Monthly Attendance Freeze in Time & Attendance HR system
- To Generate Monthly Attendance based inputs and share the details to Payroll SPOC
- Handling Employee queries and calls related to Time & Attendance.
- Monthly Metrics Preparation
- Yearly Holiday and Shift Schedule update
- Making sure all the LTP related SNC (Got-it) cases are addressed with utmost care and responsibility and ensure to deliver resolution on a timely manner as per the set SLAs
- Making sure SOPs and SLAs maintained are compliant as per QMS standards
- Should be open for any shifts
- HR Operations
- Payroll
- HR Compliance
- Employee engagement and Stakeholder management
