Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - NAVEX & ADO Boards

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage NAVEX GRC platform implementations while coordinating agile project workflows using Azure DevOps Boards. This hybrid role bridges compliance technology deployment with agile delivery tracking

Responsibilities:
NAVEX Platform:
.Implement and configure NAVEX GRC modules (e.g., EthicsPoint, PolicyTech, RiskRate)
.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather compliance requirements and translate them into platform configurations
.Conduct user training and support onboarding for NAVEX tools
.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with NAVEX support
.Generate reports and dashboards for compliance metrics and incident tracking
Azure DevOps Boards:
.Create and manage work items (Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks) in ADO Boards
.Track sprint progress, backlog grooming, and release planning
.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of GRC-related projects
.Automate workflows and integrate ADO Boards with other tools (e.g., GitHub, Jira, ServiceNow)
.Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with agile best practices

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications / Skills
.Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or related field
.Good experience with GRC platforms (NAVEX preferred) and agile project management tools
.Strong understanding of compliance workflows, risk management, and incident reporting
.Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards and agile methodologies
.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
.Certifications in NAVEX, Agile/Scrum, or Azure DevOps are a plus
Preferred qualifications / Skills
Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem-solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude.
