Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lighting professional to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience and is based in multiple locations, including Patna, Samastipur, Gaya, Aurangabad, Bhagalpur, and Saharsa. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth of our business through effective sales strategies in diverse markets. Qualifications and Skills - Proven work experience in B2B sales within the electric lighting or similar industry for at least 4 years. - Excellent sales reporting skills to analyze performance metrics and present findings to senior management. - Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing features and benefits clearly. - Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and close deals effectively. - Problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and challenges swiftly and efficiently. - Understanding of lighting equipment and industry trends to keep strategies updated and competitive. - Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients across different locations as required. - Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Roles and Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets in assigned territories. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. - Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and innovate sales approaches for business growth. - Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses regularly. - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on features and benefits effectively. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and campaigns. - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with speed and efficiency to maintain high customer satisfaction. - Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities to remain competitive and adaptable.
